pick your pleasure in the evening at the Coalter Block...

fine dining at the Cowfish, grub from the Gannet Grill eaten out on the deck or the lawn, dance party inside the grill starting at 8pm, trivia starting at 7pm and slideshow upstairs in the Coalter Loft, ice cream at the Scream Shack and, of course, there's always the Lander Bar

choose your own adventure (scavenger hunt, ponies, climbing, shooting at government draw, fishing...)

picnic at City Park starting at 4pm. grab a picnic blanket and come on down for fresh local greens, aguas frescas, our favorite cocktails, and wild Alaskan salmon caught by Evan's dad for the occasion!

those lending a hand with set-up will meet up at Sinks Canyon Center starting at 10am

choose your own adventure (ponies, climbing, shooting at government draw, fishing...)

3:30pm free WRTA shuttles leave for the wedding site from the Holiday Inn Express and the Pronghorn (one shuttle per location) for those who would like a ride

4pm festivities kick off at Sinks Canyon Center with appetizers, drinks, games, kites, forts, and costumes.

the dress code is whatever makes you happy (since there won't be any available indoor space at the wedding site, you might want to consider bringing layers/windbreakers/parasols)

4:50 pm any kids who are game to walk Anna down the aisle will meet in the wedding site's parking lot

5pm wedding ceremony

6pm segue into a sit-down dinner (with toasts MC'ed by Michael Gast)

7-10pm music to dance to by Tom Catmull and the Clerics

8pm, 9pm and 10pm a WRTA shuttle leaves from the wedding site to head back to Lander, stopping at both the Holiday Inn Express and the Pronghorn to drop people off

10pm Sinks Canyon Center's quiet hour means a shift of festivities to the fire pit (they ask this of us out of concern for neighbors and the students who rent cabins on campus)

9.2.13

8am to 12pm cleanup at Sinks Canyon Center

given that it's Labor Day, making brunch reservations well ahead of time will be clutch if you're planning on heading to the Middle Fork
